SGRA Market Booth Policies

Space Assignment

All members in good standing will receive at least one (1) booth if their Application & Payment is received prior to 6/1/2023. Up to two additional booths can be requested. The additional booth space assignments will be made after 6/2/2023 and based upon the SGRA Member number for members in good standing. Member #1 will receive first choice of multiple booth spaces followed by member #2 and so on.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Application for space must be accompanied by payment in full. Members will not be permitted to move into the booth space unless all money due is paid in full prior to the Market. A cancellation prior to space assignment will receive a refund of all fees.

Rules of Conduct

a. The Directors of the SGRA reserve the right at all times to remove any person(s) acting in an objectionable manner. This includes members entering another member’s booth and coercing or badgering attendees to come to their booth regardless of whether they have an appointment with them or not at the time of the incident.

b. Members are not to contact exhibit management for the purpose of registering any complaint or request to the operations or function of the SGRA Market. The complaint or request should be submitted in writing and given to any SGRA Board Member.

c. Only SGRA members are permitted to exhibit at the SGRA Market.

d. Members are not permitted to assign or otherwise permit other SGRA members to exhibit in their booth space without the express written approval of the SGRA Board.

e. Booth space cannot be shared between two or more members without the express written approval of the SGRA Board.

f. Business hours must be strictly adhered to at all times. This includes setup, teardown and any other scheduled and approved hours for the Market. Early departure without approval will result in a $100 fine and suspension if not paid.

g. Member’s booth(s) must remain open during the duration of the Market and their space must be occupied until the close of Market unless the SGRA Board has specified otherwise in writing in advance of the Market.

h. Official Market hours are 8AM to 6PM Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday the hours are 8AM to 5PM. MANDATORY HOURS YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BE IN YOUR BOOTH ARE FROM 9AM UNTIL 4PM.

i. A MEMBER MAY NOT HAVE ANY LINE IN THEIR BOOTH THAT IS NOT LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE PROFILE. Furthermore, Members must be the Arizona rep for all lines in their booth and on their website profile.

j. Nothing may be affixed to the hall walls without written permission prior to the Market.

k. Members will be billed for any damage which occurs in his/her exhibit area.

l. Badges must be worn at all times.

m. Pets are prohibited.

n. SET UP DAY IS MON July 31, 2023. NO SET UP BEFORE 12 NOON. LOADING/UNLOADING IN DESIGNATED AREA ONLY. NO LOADING/UNLOADING IN PARKING LOT. SET UP MUST BE COMPLETED BY 5 PM OR SPACE WILL BE RESOLD AND FEES FORFEITED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

o. SGRA Members are responsible for the actions of their guests. Guests must remain in the booth(s) of the Members at all times. Guests are not permitted to stop or detain Buyers or others attending the Markets for any reason. Failure to comply with these provisions will result in immediate expulsion from the Market.

p. EVERYTHING INCLUDING DISPLAYS, TABLES AND SEATED BUYERS MUST REMAIN INSIDE YOUR 10’x10′, 10’x20′ OR 10’x30′ BOOTH. AISLES ARE FIRE LANES PER MESA FIRE DEPT. REGULATIONS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXPULSION FROM THE MARKET.

Insurance and Indemnification

Member expressly waives, for himself and for any employees, relatives or agents of Member, any claim or demand against the SGRA for any injury or death to any person or for loss of damage to property however occurring arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the exhibition space participation in or attendance at the SGRA Market. Member further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SGRA, its officers and directors against and from any loss, claim, damage, cost of expense, including any such claim or expense asserted by the exhibit facility against SGRA, in any way arising out of or connected with the use or occupancy of the premises by Member, or their employees, relatives or agents resulting from any cause whatsoever.

Amendments to Policies

Any and all matters and questions not specifically covered by the articles in this contract shall be subject to the decision of the SGRA Board in the interest of the Market.
